Just found a BRILLIANT plugin today called Simple Code Embed, and I’m all excited about it. If you have problems embedding videos, ads, or anything like that, Simple Code Embed might be a good solution for you.

Using Simple Code Embed

1. Install Simple Code Embed
2. Under Dashboard > Settings > Simple Code Embed, set your prefix. The default is ‘code’; I prefer ‘video’.
3. Go to your Add/Edit Post screen and create a new Custom Field. Name it ‘code1′ and place your embed code in the ‘Value’ field.
4. Put your Custom Field value in your post where you want your embedded stuff to show, for instance:%code1%
5. Publish and enjoy.

It’s really that easy.

If your Custom Fields aren’t available to you, you’ll need to enable them in your Screen Options. I show you how.
